Title I / ESEA

The Carteret School District will offer an appropriate Title I Program at Carteret Junior High School, Carteret Middle School, Columbus Elementary School, and Nathan Hale Elementary Schools. The purpose of Title I is to ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on state academic assessments and state academic standards.
